Change in Direction for our Blog

I have been away from this blog for sometime now. The last post was over a year ago and believe me this meant there was some guilt involved every time I thought about it. The reason for this absence is I think I may have bit off more than I can chew with my need to establish an on-line presence. I discovered Blogger in 2007 after I already had a website with a blog attached to it a few months earlier on my Cyprus101 property sales site. I also had another free blog from Godaddy that I was working on about Cyprus and restaurant reviews  that I was working on. I wanted to try everything hoping that I will find something that will give me an edge in the property business. I have since found and spent many hours on Twitter and I do use it for much more than twittering. With Tweetdeck there is an infinite source of information coming at you non stop. I also discovered many more platforms, some are very useful like Wordpress where I started another blog about Cyprus and I continued to handle as many as I could until finally I was not able to return here for a long time.
I am back now and with some new changes to what I plan for this blog. I no longer will be using it as a personal blog and I will use this platform to showcase special properties that we list on our sites. I will keep it to only the best properties we have which does not mean the most expensive or the best locations but properties that I feel for one reason or another are special.
Example: This Peyia villa has been for sale for a while and when we first listed it it was priced at Euro 1,400,000 and now it's listed at 795,000 - a real bargain. We have two serious buyers now but the process is delayed because the owner thought he had acquired the title deeds only to find out that he only has possession of the land deeds and not the actual building and improvements. So now we are in the process of completing what needs to be completed in order to sell the property. Having only the title deeds for the land is a frequent mistake that many home owners make and only find out when it's too late.
